You might find this interesting. From a letter a friend of mine got, in response to the above. her friend is a Juneau resident, and has plenty of experience with Palin.

"At one time she tried to ban books from the Wasilla Library but the Librarian put up a fuss and most of the towns people agreed although the Librarian soon after left the town.[??]
Same with the incumbent she beat out for Mayor (Stein) – he ended up in Sitka (good place for a liberal in Alaska). Once in office, Palin asked many of Stein’s backers to resign – something virtually unheard of in Wasilla in past elections. The public works director, city planner, museum director and others were fired. The police chief, Irl Stambaugh, whose resignation Palin did not initially accept, was later fired outright."

"Fourth, she has hated me since back in 1996, when I was one of the 100
or so people who rallied to support the City Librarian against Sarah’s
attempt at censorship."

LOL

Yes, this email was written by someone that has no dog in this fight. (that's sarcasm for anyone without a sense of humor!)Remind me again, she hates you...or you hate her?
