It would be a good start. If they stopped health care to illegals, it would save the state approx. 16 BILLION per year. Add in education and that figure goes up to around 34 BILLION. That's a lot of cheese. This makes too much sense for "Ahnold", so of course it won't be done because it might seem insensitive. Good luck with your state shutdown.
